How can I book a place at a conference?
Delegate places can be booked using our online booking system or a hardcopy of a booking form can be obtained from the office and returned via fax or post.

 
 
Where can I obtain information regarding the conference, venue and transport arrangements?
Health Links will send delegates a map, programme and any other relevant information at least two weeks before the conference or meeting via email or in the post.
 
What if I have a special requirement?
Please feel free to notify a member of staff of any dietary requirements, disabled access to the venue, hearing loop or sign language facilities before the start of the conference.
 
How can I sponsor or exhibit?
For further information on exhibiting or sponsoring a conference please contact Chris Hanney on + 44 (0) 116 269 1046 and he will assist you with your query.
 
How can I pay for my delegate fee?
Delegates can pay via credit/debit card (American Express not accepted); cheque or an invoice can be issued from our accounts department. All cheques should be made payable to ‘Health Links Events Limited’.
 
I have a query with my invoice, what do I do?
Please contact our accounts department on + 44 (0) 116 269 1046 and make sure you have your invoice number readily available.
 
What if I make a mistake on my online booking?
Regarding amendments to bookings including online bookings contact the office on + 44 (0) 116 269 1046 and one of our administrative staff will correct your booking for you. Please be ready to quote your unique booking reference.
 
What happens if I cancel my booking?
In most cases when a booking is cancelled, the full delegate fee still applies. However, some conferences issue a cancellation charge depending on the date of the cancellation prior to the conference. More details can be obtained from Denise Brown on + 44 (0) 116 269 1046. In such cases it is best to try and substitute the delegate place for another person e.g. a colleague and inform Health Links of the change of details before the conference. Please note that some conferences are free, however on occasions a cancellation fee may apply if Health Links are not notified of a cancellation.
 
How can I confirm my booking?
All bookings made online or processed through the office are confirmed via email, therefore it is fundamental that a correct email address is included on the booking form otherwise this may delay your booking being processed and a confirmation will not be sent. Any queries regarding confirmation of your delegate place, please contact the main office on + 44 (0) 116 269 1046 and one of our administrative staff will be ready to help you.
