We use stand and electrical installation contractors that we have worked with very successfully for over a decade. Together we have faced every problem imaginable and have come through to tell the tale! The cost-effectiveness and quality of their work is unquestioned and our exhibitors are always appreciative of the service they get.
Our contractors always make sure they have extra equipment and exhibition boards available, so that they can react quickly if exhibitors or clients change their requirements at the last minute. Like us, they have a can-do attitude, are cool under pressure and are unfailingly friendly; vital qualities when the heat is on during-build days!
We keep in regular contact with exhibitors from booking up to the event and also produce very comprehensive exhibition show guides in a timely fashion.
At the event, members of our staff are always on hand to assist exhibitors in the location of their stands, location of furniture etc and simply to help in any way that they can.
